PEEC Library

The PEEC library contains about 700 books for children, teens, adults. It includes resources for teachers and for science fair participants. The library is open to the public for reading on-site during PEEC's regular hours (Mon-Thurs 12-4, Sat 10-1). PEEC members may check out books from the library to read at home.

The library contains both a reading area for children (above right) and a reading area for teens and adults (right).


Search the Library Database

Instructions:

  • Enter only single, whole words. Sorry, this search cannot do wildcard or boolian searches.
  • Searches are not case sensitive.
  • Examples of searches that work:
    • Title word "turtle" (Note: different results from "turtles".)
    • Author name "smith" (Note: only one word.)
    • Topic "experiments"

Note: To display a list of all books in the library, simply leave the form blank and search. From this list, you can use your browser's search function to find keywords. Depending on what you want, this method may work better than limiting your search with the interface above.
