PEEC, as an organization, is dedicated to nature education through hands-on learning. Consequently, we enjoy supporting our young scientists who venture forth to design and perform their own experiments, particularly in the areas of environmental, life, and earth sciences. We have been a proud sponsor of the Los Alamos Public Schools Science Fair since 2003.
LAPS Science Fair 2009-2010
The Los Alamos Public Schools have announced the schedule for the 2009-2010 district science fair. If you are interested in supporting the fair as a mentor or judge please contact Bob Dryja (robertdryja@msn.com).
Each year, PEEC awards small cash prizes to science fair projects that we feel are good examples of research related to the natural world around us.
